As a sole proprietorship, Vyspiral has no separate legal personality and no share capital; Akash Waitage is personally and without limitation liable for the obligations of the business.
2. Hosting Provider
The Platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, with application data processed primarily in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) and eu-west-1 (Ireland) AWS regions.
3. Intellectual Property
The Vyspiral name, logo, and all content, software, and design elements of the Platform are the property of Akash Waitage (trading as Vyspiral) or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited, except as permitted under the Terms of Service.
4. Liability for Website Content
Vyspiral takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information published on the Platform but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy at all times. Vyspiral is not liable for the content of external websites linked from the Platform.
5. Data Protection
Personal data collected through the Platform is processed in accordance with the Vyspiral Privacy Policy. The supervisory authority for data protection in Luxembourg is the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD), 15 Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg — cnpd.public.lu.
